Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Estimated delivery times (books are 'print on demand' local to your shipping address by a B Corp publisher, so these vary):
  • UK (on everage): 5-10 business days
  • International (on average): 7-14 business days (does vary significantly by location)

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Tracking & Delays:

• A tracking number (if applicable) will be provided once your order ships.
